As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of supporting children with a range of needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your main goal will be to help students achieve their full potential through personalised assistance and guidance. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support to students with various SEN needs, following their individual learning plans.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create and implement effective learning strategies.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being.
• Keep clear communication with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
• Be flexible and adapt teaching methods to suit the unique needs of every student.

• Genuine passion towards education and child growth
• Excellent communication skills and behaviour management
• Previous experience handling children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, physical disabilities
• Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
