Responsibilities
• Foster the adoption of Agile principles across teams to align delivery with enterprise strategy.
• Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners to cultivate high-performing, self-organizing units.
• Educate leaders on the uptake of tailored Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Manage and facilitate complex Agile ceremonies and specialized workshops.
• Identify and remove systemic impediments by influencing leadership to support change.
• Develop and manage Agile growth backlogs and specific maturity success metrics.
• Promote a persistent culture of continuous improvement and collaborative learning.
Qualifications
• Eight to ten years of experience in Agile environments including enterprise-level coaching.
• Demonstrated history of coaching mature teams that already possess years of Agile practice.
• Expertise in guiding long-established teams through advanced continuous improvement cycles.
• Strong facilitation skills for leading design-thinking and complex problem-solving sessions.
• Deep knowledge of Agile metrics and the ability to measure maturity improvements.
