What You Will Do:
- Elicit and Document Requirements: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate complex business and functional requirements.
- Bridge Business and Tech: Act as a key liaison between business units, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Optimise Processes: Analyse current-state workflows to design and document future-state process maps, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Support Solution Design: Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet business goals, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
- Lead Testing and Change: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with change impact analysis to ensure a seamless transition for the end-user.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Extensive BA Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in Business Analyst roles, specifically working on technology transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in requirements documentation (BRS, FRD, User Stories) and process modeling techniques using tools like BPMN.
- Versatile Delivery Skills: Demonstrated experience working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments with a structured, methodical approach.
- Stakeholder Mastery: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, backed by strong facilitation skills.
