Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Improvement: Researching, evaluating and documenting finance workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Systems Integration: Mapping interdependencies between the Finance and other core platforms like finance and learning.
- Testing & Validation: Assisting in the development of test plans and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Change Management: Producing documentation, reports and communications to support business change management for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining relationships with a broad range of staff and representing the organisation at senior level meetings.
About You
- Analytical Expertise: High level conceptual and business analysis skills, including mapping complex processes in a VET or a Finance setting.
- Implementation Experience: Proven software implementation experience across the full life cycle.
- Self-Management: Demonstrated capacity to work to deadlines and coordinate tasks with competing priorities. Communication: Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills with the capacity to consult with key stakeholders.
- Service Delivery: High-level expertise in a service delivery environment and an understanding of complex IT landscapes.
Requirements
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People in Tasmania or the ability to obtain.
- A relevant qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience in a vocational education and training environment is highly desirable.
