•Support UAT, integration, and end-to-end testing with business and QA teams

Qualifications
•University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
•5+ years of experience in production readiness, go-live planning, and operational transition for technology solutions (ideally financial systems)
•3+ years of experience supporting testing cycles (UAT, integration testing, end-to-end testing)
•Experience developing SOPs, user guides, process documentation, and training materials
•Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders
•Proven experience coordinating across multiple teams (business, QA, technical, and operations)
•Experience working in enterprise financial systems environments
•CBAP, CCBA, or related Business Analysis certification considered an asset
