• Lead the design and execution of complex reports, utilizing advanced data mining and modeling to translate trends into actionable business recommendations
• Manage and enhance data management systems, troubleshoot operational issues for schedulers, and ensure overarching data integrity and compliance
• Partner with IT to design, configure, and implement effective system solutions and enhancements based on complex business requirements
• Act as a cross-functional technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with the Commercial Front Office and global stakeholders to support end-to-end “Deals-to-Dollars” operational needs
• Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate critical system/regression testing, and drive continuous improvement and best practices during global initiative rollouts
• Develop and deliver system training while proactively sharing process knowledge across diverse functional groups to promote operational transparency
• Execute critical risk-management responsibilities as an active member of the Commercial Business Continuity Plan (BCP) team

skills and experience required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or trade support roles with a Bachelor’s degree (or 10 years of equivalent experience in a similar role in lieu of a degree)
• Advanced skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
• Proficiency with SAP and ETRM systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, ensure accountability, and optimize work processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Experience coordinating or mentoring others in a data-driven environment
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes
• Familiarity with compliance standards and operational risk management
• Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate future trends and shape reporting strategies
