■Required Qualifications

・Strong SQL skills (mandatory) for data extraction and analysis

・Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
・Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
・Solid communication skills and stakeholder management ability

■Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations is a plus
・Experience designing or managing incentive programs
