• Successfully migrate complex enterprise database workloads to Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Stabilize and optimize cloud-hosted database environments following their migration.
• Implement controlled database deployment and release processes using CI/CD, source control, and YAML-based pipelines.
• Deliver ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) database administration services to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Manage database schema changes and deployments across development, test, and production environments.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft SQL Server and Azure database platforms, including Azure SQL Managed Instance deployments and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, performance tuning, monitoring, high availability practices, and Transactional SQL programming.
• Experience implementing and supporting database CI/CD and source control processes, including YAML-based deployment pipelines.
• Experience supporting production systems within complex operational environments, including the Microsoft Business Intelligence suite (SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS).
• Highly developed conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a valid driver's license for occasional site visits.
