key responsibilities
- Liderar o desenvolvimento da plataforma interna de programador (Backstage).
- Fornecer esqueletos de aplicações (skeletons) para que as equipas possam iniciar novas aplicações sem esforço.
- Desenvolver e manter os pipelines de CI/CD utilizando GitHub Actions.
- Construir e otimizar ferramentas e fluxos de trabalho (workflows) para programadores.
- Automatizar processos de compilação (build), teste e implementação (deployment).
- Aconselhar e apoiar os programadores em questões relacionadas com CI/CD.
- Monitorizar e melhorar continuamente a experiência do programador (Developer Experience).
- Colaborar estreitamente com outras equipas de DevOps e de plataforma.
skills
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Informática ou área equivalente.
- Experiência com Backstage ou TypeScript & Node.js.
- Experiência prévia como programador de software, idealmente em Java ou C#.
- Experiência com GitHub e GitHub Actions.
- Bons conhecimentos de conceitos de CI/CD e princípios de DevOps.
- Experiência com automação, scripting (ex: Bash, Python) e Infraestrutura como Código (IaC).
- Compreensão do desenvolvimento de software moderno e das necessidades dos programadores.
- Espírito de equipa, elevado nível de iniciativa e fortes competências de comunicação.
- Nível fluente em Inglês.
