Senior Embedded/Electronics Engineer The Senior Embedded/Electronics Engineer leads the design and development of embedded systems .This role focuses on bridging firmware and hardware development with scalable manufacturing, ensuring quality assurance. The position is integral to connecting Biosort’s R&D innovations in Norway with efficient production execution in India. Responsibilities:• Lead design and development of embedded systems.• Ensure firmware and hardware designs meet quality assurance standards and support scalable manufacturing.• Oversee documentation and compliance with industrial standards and certifications.• Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance reliability and production efficiency.• Manage project timelines and deliverables related to embedded electronics.• Collaborate closely with the core R&D team in Norway to bridge development and scalable production.• Participate in production-focused reliability and durability studies for embedded electronics.• Run and support production-level testing routines including burn-in, functional tests, and QA validation. Requirements: • Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 6 years of experience in embedded system engineering.• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and embedded system design for manufacturable products.• Experience with PCB design, testing, and quality assurance in industrial environments.• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional production teams.
