- Independently execute assigned tasks with high quality and on time with systematic approach
- Proficiency in execution of Linear and Non-linear structural analysis
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) and team handling capability.
- Structured, pro-active and ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders (different departments and product teams)
- In depth knowledge of subsea product portfolio and the related interfacing products
- In depth understanding of FEA / design engineering related governing documents, company regulations and applicable codes/standards relevant to oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in FEA software
- Check work of other FEA engineers and, occasionally, manage a team of FEA engineers.
- Review and provide relevant comments on external technical / FEA documents
