Job Purpose
The primary objective of this role within the Engineering department is to provide global technical support to enhance the operational reliability of wind farm assets. You will analyze engineering and business data to develop predictive maintenance strategies aimed at preventing turbine component failures and optimizing machine uptime.Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Predictive Maintenance Engineering: Track technical incidents across global regions to support predictive maintenance schedules and ensure a closed feedback loop between data insights and field repairs.
Monitor Evaluation: Utilize engineering scoring methodologies to evaluate the performance and accuracy of predictive monitors.
Operational KPI Management: Implement and interpret engineering KPIs to measure the efficiency of alert handling and response times in various regions.
Quality Assurance: Operate predictive monitors by reviewing technical alerts and conducting rigorous quality checks on sensor-driven data.
Master Data Governance: Support engineering data topics, including the management of master data and the identification/reporting of critical data gaps that impact turbine performance.
Technical Analysis: Handle engineering tickets focused on data gathering, detailed analysis, and the interpretation of key business and operational datasets.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Core Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in data analysis, specifically within a manufacturing, heavy engineering, or energy environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets to identify failure patterns in mechanical or electrical systems.
Professionalism: Ability to work effectively under a 3rd party payroll structure while supporting global operations.
