Qualification: MBA/PG/Equivalent qualification
Mandatory skills Required:
Concerned will be responsible to successfully implement her/his tasks (MBO) and is capable of working in a team as well as individually towards effective execution of HR & Administration responsibilities, mainly comprising of statutory compliance and administration.
1. Identifying ways to improve operational efficiency in HR process, transactions and outcome. Ensure HR Plans & supports the needs of the business besides coping up with the changes in the Organization, as & when they occur.
2. Networking with HR peers, both internally and externally.
3. Coordinate in employee engagement for the company.
4. Ensure timely adherence to statutory compliance - PF, ESI etc...
5. Should maintain Time office and Administrative control - General Administration - Pantry, relationship with vendors, office maintenance, mediclaim etc.
6. Should be well versed with Organization & Staff Safety Management.
7. Ensure Payroll and Salary Administration is completed accurately & within deadline.
8. Ensure all policies & procedures are up to date & legally compliant.
9. Monitor sickness absence. Conduct occupational health referrals & provide necessary training to the employees.
10. Desirable Trait: Should be capable of arranging casual contract based workers.
11. Thorough understanding of Industrial Relations & Labour Laws
