Full-Scope Accounting & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and audits to ensure compliance and financial integrity.

Business Partnering (BP): Act as a strategic business partner, combining financial insights with IT/software business models to support margin analysis, pricing, and operational decisions.
Cash Flow & Process Optimization: Manage daily treasury and tax matters while streamlining finance workflows and ERP systems to enhance team efficiency and standardization.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance/Accounting; 8+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Industry Background: Proven experience in full-scope accounting within IT services, software licensing, cloud solutions, or B2B tech enterprises is strongly preferred.
AR Expertise & BP Mindset: Strong expertise in B2B credit risk and AR management, coupled with a solid commercial acumen to drive business value through financial data.
Systems & Qualifications: Proficient in mainstream ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite); CPA or ACCA qualification preferred; excellent professional English and cross-functional communication skills.
