Responsibilities
• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current manual service delivery processes across five distinct divisions.
• Create detailed end-to-end process maps and identify specific pain points and root causes.
• Develop baseline metrics for manual workflows including cycle time, error rates, and resource effort.
• Recommend practical strategies for technology adoption involving digitization, automation, and AI.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure modernization opportunities align with cybersecurity and privacy standards.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations that summarize findings and offer a phased strategic plan.
• Provide change management support to help stakeholders prepare for the transition to new digital tools.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and developing evaluation plans for project outcomes.
• Proven background in business process analysis and modernization using RPA and AI to find efficiency gains.
• Strong experience in process mapping and building current-state baselines within complex service environments.
• Possession of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or significant experience applying these principles to automation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and evaluation frameworks for executive audiences.
