Responsibilities
• Lead consultations and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather and translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end migration of legacy SharePoint 2016 sites to SharePoint Online, including the modernization of InfoPath and Nintex forms.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop comprehensive information architecture and support content migration services across the enterprise.
• Coordinate project deliverables and apply project management governance tools to ensure alignment with timelines and operational standards.
• Investigate and analyze IMT changes required for organizational restructuring, including impacts on Active Directory and file system security.
• Provide technical advice, status reports, and detailed documentation to management and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in a related discipline combined with at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Proven expertise in the development, integration, and support of Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
• Strong experience delivering complex SharePoint solutions involving managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and coordinate projects within an environment of similar size and complexity to the public sector.
• Extensive experience defining project scope, gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, and translating them into technical design specifications.
