Responsibilities
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and lead process walkthroughs with diverse stakeholders.
• Conduct detailed gap analysis to identify pain points and define the transition from current to future state.
• Create and maintain user stories, personas, journey maps, and interactive mock-ups for functional requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design digital solutions that satisfy complex business needs.
• Lead user acceptance testing by creating plans, reporting status, and validating that features meet criteria.
• Support change management efforts and the development of policy or procedural manuals for new systems.
• Liaise with security and privacy experts to ensure all new services meet risk and impact assessment standards.
Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst translating requirements within enterprise IT environments.
• At least three years of experience working actively within an agile development framework using tools like JIRA.
• Proven track record of conducting gap analysis between legacy applications and modern, scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience in business process re-engineering and facilitating workshops for complex workflows.
• Strong ability to interpret and apply complex legislation, regulations, and standards to technical designs.
