Advisory & Risk Management: Provide timely, practical legal opinions and risk assessments to operational departments on commercial, land, and general operational matters.
Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide spectrum of legal documentation, including Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), tenancy/lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and corporate contracts.
Real Estate & Land Transactions: Oversee legal documentation and compliance for property acquisitions, land matters, authority submissions, and regulatory filings.
Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in Malaysian legislation and industry guidelines to ensure full statutory compliance across all real estate developments and corporate activities.
External Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with external solicitors, regulatory bodies, advisers, and government agencies on property transactions, legal disputes, and regulatory matters.
Dispute Resolution: Identify potential legal risks in development projects, manage disputes, and work toward efficient resolutions that protect the group's interests.

about the requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
3 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), ideally gained within a law firm's conveyancing, real estate, or corporate department, or as in-house counsel within property development/construction.
