Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to drive growth in the non-ferrous metals sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with customers and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end customer acquisition, negotiation, and order procurement processes.
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.

- Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in market trend analysis.
- Sound knowledge of the non-ferrous metals market and customer requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in direct interaction with customers for procurement of orders and business development in the non-ferrous metals industry.
- Developing new customers and new markets for commodities.
- Should have exposure to dealing with large scale customers.
- Should be capable of making impressive presentation on PPT and other tools.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
