· Own the end-to-end payroll process for UK, Spain, France, and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance· Collaborate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth payroll execution· Review and validate payroll inputs/outputs, including salary, benefits, deductions, taxes, and statutory reporting· Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting obligations in each assigned country· Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger accounts; support accounting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close· Act as the regional subject matter expert for assigned payrolls and provide back-up support for other EMEA payrollsProcess Improvement & Technology· Partner with the global payroll team to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities· Leverage payroll technologies and tools (experience with ADP Streamline a plus) to drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy· Champion continuous improvement and standardization across EMEA payroll operationsCompliance & Audit· Support internal, external, and statutory audits with accurate documentation and timely responses· Stay current on local legislation, taxation changes, and employment regulations across assigned payrolls ...

key responsibilities
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.· 7+ years of progressive multi-country payroll experience, with strong expertise inUK and/or Spain payroll; experience in France and Portugal is required· Deep understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements· Hands-on experience with global payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP, Ceridian); ADP Stre amline strongly preferred· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to collaborate across HR, Finance, and external vendors· Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable working in a matrixed global environment· Fluency in English and business level French required.
