Pozíció leírása / Job description- Partner with Operations and Finance teams to drive financial performance and support business decisions.
- Support the implementation of new manufacturing operations, equipment, and master data in the ERP system.
- Manage month-end controlling activities, including cost reviews, accruals, and financial data validation.
- Analyze plant performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key cost and operational drivers.
- Develop and improve reporting tools and KPI dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve controlling processes and enhance financial transparency.
- 5+ years finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fluent written and spoken Hungarian and English
- Strong analytical skills as well as conceptual thinking
- Proven Communication and business partnering skills
- Digital mindset, ability to work with complex systems and analyze data sets
- Studies in economics / business administration with a focus on finance / controlling
