Job Description
1. Project Leadership & Management (70%)
- Scope & Control: Lead project scope definition and manage Change Requests for custom design projects.
- Planning: Develop Gantt charts, schedules, and resource matrices from design to field implementation.
- Financials: Own project budgets, forecast resource needs, and manage vendor quotations.
- Risk Management: Mitigate technical, cost, and safety risks, ensuring minimal impact on customer fabrication timelines.
2. Technical Oversight & Execution (20%)
- Engineering Liaison: Bridge the gap between Sales/Service and internal Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Software).
- Design Review: Ensure solutions are manufacturable and comply with SEMI standards and local codes.
- Field Deployment: Coordinate installation and commissioning at customer sites with Field Service Engineers.
3. Process Improvement (10%)
- Document lessons learned and update project management "Playbooks" for future efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in project engineering/management; 3+ years in capital equipment or engineered solutions (Semiconductor/FPD sector preferred).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (Chemical Engineering also considered).
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is required.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of chemical processing, thermal management, or industrial pollution control.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Project/JIRA/Asana; strong negotiation skills; ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Direct experience with abatement technologies (burn/wet scrub, plasma) and safety protocols for toxic gases.
- Familiarity with SEMI standards (S2, S8, F47).
