In this highly strategic role, you will lead the execution of key initiatives aimed at mitigating digital risk and cyber exposures. Combining strong project management rigor with domain knowledge in IT risk, you will oversee the implementation of the Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) framework, vulnerability remediation streams, and overall security posture enhancements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance: Drive end-to-end project management activities (budgeting, scheduling, scope control, resource coordination, and risk mitigation) in alignment with global PMO standards.
CTEM & Remediation Orchestration: Lead cross-functional workstreams focused on asset exposure discovery, risk assessment, vulnerability prioritization, and timely remediation.
Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with cloud, infrastructure, security defense, and business units to harmonize remediation plans based on organizational risk impact.
Executive Reporting & Metrics: Define and maintain key risk/performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs) to provide leadership with clear insight into attack surface reduction and residual risk posture.
Operational Readiness: Support early-stage analysis and business case development, facilitate risk-based prioritization sessions, and ensure seamless handoffs to operational teams.
Qualifications
Mandatory bilingualism in French and English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Demonstrated history of successfully delivering complex IT and cybersecurity initiatives within structured corporate environments.
In-depth understanding of vulnerability management life cycles, cyber risk frameworks, and CTEM methodologies.
Familiarity with contemporary cloud and exposure management tooling (e.g., ASM/EASM, CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM).
Superior executive presence with the ability to translate intricate technical risks into clear business decisions.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional technical teams, manage interdependencies, and resolve operational roadblocks.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
