Senior IT Project Manager (CRM & Data)
The Role
We are seeking a highly versatile Senior Project Manager to manage complex cloud, data, and integration landscapes for a major public organization. Stepping into a key permanent leadership capacity, your immediate focus will be driving a major CRM and enterprise data evolution. You will oversee the delivery of a Single View of Customer (SVOC) and roll out modern CRM capabilities to new business units, while remaining adaptable to manage diverse enterprise technology roadmaps over time.
Key Duties
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage enterprise digital programs spanning cloud architecture, data workflows, modern CRM, and complex integrations.
- CRM Evolution: Drive the rollout and enhancement of enterprise CRM capabilities. While the target ecosystem is Salesforce (CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud), you will leverage your broader enterprise CRM fundamentals to guide the transformation.
- Single View of Customer: Oversee critical workstreams centered around customer data consolidation, master data architecture, and setting up a unified customer view across the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work daily with BAs, Product Owners, and Data/Software SMEs to translate technical feasibility studies into clear, actionable project roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Run co-design workshops with senior leadership to build consensus, manage vendor relationships, and maintain business alignment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Enterprise CRM & Data: A proven track record delivering complex CRM transformations (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and managing heavy enterprise data integrations is essential.
- Single Customer View: Experience setting up or contributing to a Single View of Customer, Customer Data Platform (CDP), or Master Data architecture is highly advantageous.
- Platform Exposure: Direct Salesforce delivery experience is considered a "nice to have," provided you bring exceptional PM governance and enterprise CRM fundamentals.
- Delivery Methodologies: A practical, delivery-focused approach to project methodologies (Agile, PMP, Prince2) paired with strong experience in business case preparation and technical feasibility evaluation.
- Team Engagement: Demonstrated experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary delivery pods (Software/Data SMEs, POs, BAs) and holding external vendors accountable.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and align business expectations in a complex, high-accountability environment.
