Senior Quality Engineering / Test Manager – Full-Time

The Role
Are you a strategic leader who excels at driving organizational change through quality? We are looking for a Senior QE / Test Manager to lead large-scale, complex engagements. You will be responsible for managing test programs for top-tier clients while playing a pivotal role in growing the practice, mentoring technical teams, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Leadership Depth: 5+ years in a QA/QE leadership role and 10+ years in the software testing profession.
- Strategic Oversight: Proven experience managing test portfolios across Waterfall, Agile, and V-Model delivery.
- Technical Versatility: Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, including API, Integration, UAT, and Performance.
- ERP & Automation: Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP implementations and test automation is a must.
- Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with Executive-level stakeholders and translate technical risks into business value.
- Talent Development: Experienced in attracting, motivating, and retaining top-tier software testing and automation talent.
- Desirable: Experience with data migration testing is a huge plus.
