Responsibilities
- Lead overall retail sales performance, driving and exceeding targets
- Manage key client relationships to ensure strong customer satisfaction and smooth operations
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and product lines
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to guide sales strategy
- Plan and execute sales promotions, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail environment (home & living, or any related products)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
