As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will:
... - Lead the design, implementation, and scaling of microservices within a complex, high-traffic in-house ecosystem.
- Build and maintain highly resilient, responsive web applications using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend on AWS.
- Champion the integration of Generative AI tools (including GitHub Copilot and Claude) to optimise codebase quality and develop AI-driven features for business users.
- Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, and the deployment of robust security protocols.
- Collaborate closely with product owners and regional teams across Hong Kong and India to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
skills & experience required.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Proven hands-on expertise in building resilient web applications utilising React and Node.js.
- Strong experience navigating AWS environments, including serverless architecture and containerisation tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Profound database development skills with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.
- An AI-forward mindset with a proactive approach to using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and system reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, regional stakeholder environment.
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
