Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join a global leader in the medical domain. You will be responsible for creating clear, accurate user assistance and product labeling that complies with strict regulatory standards.
This is a 6-month project with a high possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements. You will be on the payroll of Randstad, working at a premium facility in Magarpatta, Pune.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create accurate user assistance and labeling that meets the needs of a global audience and complies with corporate/regulatory requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, UX, Product Management, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure technical accuracy.
- Global Alignment: Work closely with the Global Product Labeling team to maintain brand and quality standards.
- UX Writing: Collaborate with UI/UX teams on linguistic aspects of product interfaces.
- Editorial Excellence: Review and edit content from team members and external departments to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Strategic Input: Recommend user assistance structures and formats based on technical and customer needs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in Technical Communication (preferably in a regulated or medical environment).
- Education: University degree in Technical Communication, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
- Technical Tools: * Strong knowledge of DITA and Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in graphics tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Excellent English (verbal/written), problem-solving abilities, and a high attention to detail.
