■About the positionThis senior-level strategic position is part of the Immunology team at a leading global biopharma company, responsible for co-developing the brand strategy with the International Therapeutic Area (TA) team and localizing it for the Japanese market. The core role requires driving the planning and execution of tactics based on deep market understanding to optimize market share and revenue in the short and long term. The lead must orchestrate cross-functional teams, analyze brand performance including sales forecasting, and build relationships with academic societies to achieve the ""Triple-Win"" for patients, customers, and the company.■Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the International TA team to co-develop brand strategy, ensuring the voice and requirements of the Japanese market are incorporated based on deep market insights.- Based on the co-created strategy, localize and concretize tactics for the Japanese market, implementing integrated initiatives for patients, Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and system stakeholders across all touchpoints.- Orchestrate cross-functional teams to ensure operational requirements and tactical implementation remain consistent with the overall strategy.- Analyze current and future brand performance, including sales forecasting, and optimize resource allocation to enhance the customer experience.- Own and lead commercial peer-to-peer programs (e.g., national symposia, webinars) and strengthen relationships with academic societies to maximize TA opportunities.If you are interested in this position, we look forward to your application. #LI-Hybrid #LI-KN

■Key Requirements
- University degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical Research, or related field).
- Proven professional experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and trans-national (global collaboration) environment.
- Business-level English proficiency is mandatory (reading, writing, and communication).
- Demonstrable skills in business planning, analysis, and management reporting.
