• Provide strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment, specifically unloading
machines.
• Conduct regular checkups and maintenance at customer sites to ensure optimal
performance.
• Attending Complaints of customer site, after sales & warranty
• Deliver training sessions for operators to enhance equipment handling and safety practices.
• Assist customers with routine maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime.
• PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)-Perform thorough inspections of equipment before delivery to
ensure quality standards.
• Oversee the distribution of spare parts to customers and field teams.
• Manage the dispatching of equipment and spare parts efficiently.
• Provide on-site technical support to resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Maintaining Optimum Inventory in Warehouse
• Manage spare parts inventory and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Assist customers with warranty extension processes and related inquiries.
• Carry out mandatory services for machines under warranty & need to share the MIS of same
• Business Development of OEM after Sales & spares part Business
