Responsibilities
• Provide oversight for the entire product lifecycle including discovery, design, testing, and implementation of new digital services.
• Lead product teams to develop and implement digital solutions that satisfy both end-user needs and business objectives.
• Identify barriers to change and recommend strategies to align legislative and divisional policies with digitization goals.
• Support the Product Director in establishing engagement structures to help staff prioritize service modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure the incremental delivery of benefits to both staff and the public.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations regarding technology and sourcing strategies for legacy system replacement.
• Champion agile frameworks by leading product demonstrations for stakeholders and governance committees.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience coordinating with business and IT partners to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and facilitating product teams within an agile development environment.
• Proven track record of documenting complex user requirements, business processes, and technical workflows.
• Extensive experience in the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise IT solutions.
• Strong background in client engagement with the ability to explain complex data principles to stakeholders at all levels.
