Job Duties
In this role, it is essential that you contribute positively to the collective efforts of the service organization and play an active part in competence and knowledge-sharing with your colleagues. To ensure the highest quality of delivery, you are expected to participate in relevant training to both enhance and maintain your expertise, while being an engaged participant in meetings and events with the Nordic team. Through close collaboration, you will also participate in regular follow-up meetings with your Team Leader and Service Manager to review goals and development.
More specifically, your duties will include:
- Responsibility for the service contract business.
- Preparing quotes for service agreements and other service-related tasks.
- Managing negotiations, follow-ups, closing deals, and invoicing for quotes.
- Monitoring expiring warranties and service agreements.
- Supporting the sales team with service quotes and inquiries related to tenders/procurements.
- Supporting the service organization with administrative activities.
- Maintaining D365 (ERP system).
- Compiling documentation and reports.
- Acting as a communication link between the customer and Hamilton to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Life Science industry or a similar relevant field.
- Experience in inside sales
- Excellent communication skills in at least one Nordic language.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Generally strong IT skills.
- Valid driver’s license (Class B).
- Valid passport.
