• Client Invoice Processing:

• Validate, record, and finalize client and intercompany invoices, including credit notes, within SAP S/4HANA. Ensure high accuracy and adherence to SLAs, SOPs, and tax regulations.

• Invoice Dispatch:

• Deliver finalized invoices and supporting documentation to clients strictly following specified rulebooks and timelines.

• Cash Application:

• Match incoming payments (electronic transfers, cheques) against remittance advice in a timely manner. Resolve unidentified/unapplied payments and post necessary journal entries (e.g., FX adjustments, WHT).

• Collections & AR Management:

• Distribute Statements of Account (SOA), follow up on overdue balances, resolve client billing queries, and collaborate with local finance to identify bad debt risks.

• Compliance & Financial Reporting:

• Maintain strict compliance with internal accounting policies and tax rules. Independently prepare monthly AR reports, track open issues, and drive query resolutions.

• Month-End Closing Support:

• Prepare bad debt provisions, execute closing accounting entries, perform reconciliations, and generate monthly KPI/audit reports.

• Audit & Query Support:

• Act as the direct point of contact for internal and external audit inquiries, delivering required documentation promptness.

• Process Improvement & Automation:

• Drive operational standardization by leveraging SAP S/4HANA and digital tools to streamline, automate, and optimize AR workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with Order Management, Commercial, Local Finance, and regional teams to clear operational bottlenecks and enhance service delivery.
