We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Shared Services Finance & Admin Officer to join our corporate services team. This critical role provides essential support across the organisation’s centralised finance and administrative functions, ensuring high-level compliance and operational efficiency. Operating within a "whole of orhanisation" framework, you will be part of a structured environment dedicated to professional service delivery and the nourishment of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Processing accounts payable, receivable, and managing daily banking and cash reconciliations
- Managing the end-to-end fortnightly payroll process and ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Maintaining a centralised electronic register of supplier contracts and the organizational asset register
- Assisting with annual budgeting, board reporting, and audit preparations
- Liaising with stakeholders and trustees to coordinate maintenance and seek formal approvals for property requirements
Key Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in a comparable finance or administration role
Advanced skills in computer systems, accurate data entry, and analytical problem-solving
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a firm focus on professional customer service
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with Tanda or similar payroll systems is highly desirable
This is an office-based role located in Norwest, with the successful candidate expected to be on-site five days per week.
