About the Role As the Site Engineer, you will ensure works under your control are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing short-term planning, programming, and scheduling.
Coordinating tender packages and evaluating closed tenders.
Monitoring construction costs, progress, and site productivity while maintaining accurate site diaries and photographs.
Verifying subcontractors' claims and variations, and implementing surveillance on their work.
Managing conformance verification, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), lot registers, and samples.
Maintaining document control for construction drawings and specifications.
Implementing prompt corrective actions if safety, environmental, budget, or quality targets are at risk.
Undertaking temporary works design and recommending changes to increase construction efficiency.
Experience: A proven history in the management and administration of construction matters on a project, supported by at least 2 years of commercial experience.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Applied Science, or Construction Management; alternatively, a minimum of four years’ managerial experience within the construction industry.
Safety & Quality Focus: Strong capability to promote and implement corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) plans and Business Management Systems.

We are currently representing a leading client seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to provide on-site engineering services and assist in achieving core project objectives. Reporting directly to the Project Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving design development, constructability, and cost efficiency.
