Roles and Responsibilities:
The Engineer will support the goals and programs established by the management team.
These roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Monitor and assess engineering performance, quality and provide feedback for
improvement.
 Assess team skills/competencies and create individual development plans.
 Monitor resource loading and develop action plansfor staffing as required.
 Review and update practices, procedures and formsrequired for engineering
execution.
 Rollout out new engineering processes and software. Review and improve the
existing process and system
 Check, approve and validate engineering deliverablesfor proposals and projects. •
 Participate in 3D model, HAZOP review and other design review meetings as
required.
 Participate in client meetings as required to provide technical input and execution
guidance
 Undertake root cause analysis and provide reportsto non-conformancesidentified on
projects
 Assist with recruitment and undertake interviews as required.
 Review of third-party engineering company competencies.
