# Key Responsibilities
- CV sourcing through Naukri and other major job portals.
- Candidate screening, shortlisting, and managing end-to-end interview scheduling & coordination.
- Managing walk-in drives and executing bulk hiring initiatives (Prior experience in Bulk Sales / BFSI Sales Hiring is highly preferred).
- Maintaining candidate tracking data and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
## Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Post-graduation in HR preferred).
