Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and execute multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals).
Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest
Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track sourcing metrics for regular reporting.
Professional Development: Stay informed on industry trends and talent sourcing best practices.
Candidate Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: At least 2.5 years in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in high-growth environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a results-driven mindset.
