We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Spare Parts Catalogue Engineer to support our technical documentation team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate spare parts catalogues used across service and aftermarket teams. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, production, and service functions to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Create and update detailed spare parts catalogues for mechanical and/or electrical components.
Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and BOMs to identify and classify parts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and service to ensure documentation accuracy.
Manage parts data using PLM/ERP tools such as Teamcenter, SAP, Enovia, or Exploris.
Participate in Engineering Change Management (ECM) and incorporate updates into catalogues.
Ensure catalogues meet global service documentation standards and support field teams with part-related queries.
Maintain logical part structures to support seamless service operations and customer ordering.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering.
0-5 years of experience in technical documentation, spare parts cataloguing, or related engineering support.
Familiarity with PLM and ERP tools such as SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill.
Strong understanding of mechanical components and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and structured data handling.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Prior experience in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
Understanding of technical publishing standards and aftermarket service documentation.
