Are you an expert in personnel security with a knack for designing robust integrity frameworks? We are seeking a Specialist Advisor to lead the development and implementation of a contemporary employee suitability framework. This is a high-impact role within a Federal Government Agency, focused on safeguarding the workforce lifecycle—from pre-employment screening to ongoing risk monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Design: Lead the design and implementation of risk-based suitability and personnel security policies aligned with the PSPF.
• Expert Advisory: Provide authoritative advice on complex workforce cases, vetting principles, and risk mitigations.
• Program Delivery: Strengthen pre-employment screening and integrate integrity triggers into recruitment and system workflows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Cyber, Fraud, Legal, and Risk teams to drive a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Governance: Identify high-risk roles and maintain registers that link positions to specific suitability expectations.
