Talent acquisition specialist in permanent positions (W/M)
This stimulating role focused on sales will enable you to acquire new customers, manage existing relationships and deploy various business activities. If you are result driven and customer oriented, able to juggle with multiple priorities, this role is shaped for you!

- Develop your portfolio : You will be in charge of growth and management of your defined business focus and area.
- Build sustainable relationships : Develop your customer database creating solid bonds among your interlocutors in your geographic area.
- Anticipate needs : Plan follow up conversations with your clients and prospects to anticipate their recruiting plans and their needs for talents.
- Strategic Partner : Collaborate with future customers to elaborate their reruitment strategies and broaden your influence among their organisations
- Good talent at the good place : Sustain actively the companies and candidates helping them find the perfect match.
- Master the process from A to Z : Manage the entire recruitment process, from job offer publishing to resume selection and also running the interviews.
What you showcase to succeed :
- Diploma or complete professional training in human resources, business administration ideally or equivalent in a similar role.
- At least a 2 years experience in recruitment, employment agency or headhunting would be a must (or equivalent).
- Strong business orientation focused on sales and results driven with a persevering mindset.
- Natural skills in organization and strong ability to develop and maintain a network.
- Your influencing and analysis abilities enable you to know how to enter a specific market successfully.
- You have a driving license.
