POSITION: Sr. Executive - Supply Chain
Location: Hyderabad | Experience: 5+ years in Supply Chain / Retail
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:30 PM
Education Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain or Retail; proficiency in MS Excel
Department: Supply Chain | Reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
Job Summary & Purpose
Stock ordering and replenishment, distribution to ensure availability across stores as per sell through and within buying budget.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

Stock Availability Rate and replenishment planning for assortment in Stores and WH
2
Order Fill Rate and coordination with vendor and Category team to improve fill rate
3
DOH(days on hand) maintenance within guidelines
4
PO Creation and WH to Store transfer orders creation and follow up
5
Assortment implementation and feedback to Category Managers
6
Promotion Stock Planning and ensuring timely availability
7
Vendor Reconciliation and Issue resolution
8
WH and Store coordination for deliveries, Return pickups and adhoc requirements
9
Vendor Management and Delivery and returns pickup follow up

Qualitative Requirements
Experience

5+ years in Supply Chain / Retail
Educational Qualification
Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain or Retail; proficiency in MS Excel
Professional Certifications
Knowledge of ERP system - SAP/others
Skills & Abilities
Inventory management, buying budget control, ordering as per sell thru, demand forecasting
