Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, covering topics such as new hire onboarding, leadership skills, professional development, and compliance.
Manage the logistics and administration of all training programs, including scheduling, material preparation, and communication.
Coach and develop internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective internal trainers.
