• LLB, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or additional certifications in Contract Mgt. or Legal Studies is preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Tier-1 or Tier law firms having exposer to various types of
contract drafting.
• Total experience between 8–10 years of in contract vetting, contract management, or legal advisory roles.
• Strong exposure to contracts in industries such as manufacturing, steel, construction, or heavy industries
is highly desirable.
