business growth through talent, and optimizing the overall talent acquisition function Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities ● Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and manpower planning.● Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end hiring, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and setting performance goals.● Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and manage the interview process.● Sourcing & Branding: Develop innovative sourcing channels (e.g., social, referrals, headhunting) and enhance employer branding.● Data & Compliance: Analyze recruitment metrics (cost-per-hire, time-to-fill) to improve processes and ensure compliance with employment laws.● Vendor Management: Manage partnerships with external recruiting agencies and headhunters.● Campus Hiring: Manage partnerships with educational institutes and arrange campus hiring on time with proper plan.● Walk – ins : Lead the drive, identifying correct spots and organizing the interviews. Qualifications, Experience and Skill Preferred Qualifications: MBA / MHRM / MSW / MLW (mandatory). Diploma in Labour Laws preferred. Preferred Experience: 10-14+ years of total experience in manufacturing industry. Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition and managing team. Proven expertise in managing installation and precision alignment of propulsion trains, complex piping/fluid systems, and vessel trials/commissioning. Experience in Heavy Engineering Industries is highly desirable. Functional and Behavioral Competency: Technical Acumen: Deep technical knowledge HR processes specially Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Management, Sourcing and Hiring.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership, resource management, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to mentor and develop teams.
