Responsibilities

• Roadmap Management: Own and manage product roadmaps and feature backlogs, including stack-ranking initiatives across all channels to ensure maximal value delivery.
• Requirements and Analysis: Gather and document requirements while analyzing customer and product data to inform development cycles and priorities.
• KPI and Success Tracking: Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking adoption rates and ROI across all digital marketing initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, marketing, privacy, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive innovation.
• Innovation Leadership: Manage the adoption and integration of new and emerging AI technologies into the marketing ecosystem.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for digital marketing technology, conveying complex topics across technical and business audiences.
Qualifications
• Experience: At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital marketing, including Search, Social commerce, Programmatic advertising, or Affiliate marketing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and iterative development.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a comfort for data-driven decision-making and performance metrics.
• Leadership and Communication: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of launching platform products from concept to market in a large matrixed organization.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while collaborating across diverse internal and external teams.
