Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new B2B business within the West GTA territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from initial lead/cold call to site measurements, blueprint review, and final installation.
- Collaborate with internal technical design teams to create customized storage layouts for clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders (Plant Managers, Warehouse Leads, Procurement) during sales cycles that can range from one month to over a year.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales (1–5 years experience).
- Technical aptitude; ability to read basic drawings/blueprints or understand spatial dimensions is a major asset.
- Experience in "hunting" roles—comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
- Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of both quick-turnaround and long-term projects.
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle are required.
