Responsibilities
1- Inventory Accuracy & Control
- Own and manage cycle count programs (daily, weekly, ad hoc audits)
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies between system and physical inventory
- Monitor and control inventory adjustments, shrink, and defect rates
2- Root Cause Analysis & Defect Elimination
- Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies and quality defects
- Identify root causes across inbound, stow, and outbound processes
3- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
4- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Inbound, Outbound, Safety, and Learning teams
- Influence stakeholders to address upstream and downstream process gaps
5- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, Team Leads, and Associates
- Drive a culture of accountability, accuracy, and operational excellence
- Manage performance, coaching, and succession planning within the ICQA function
Key Performance Metrics:
- Inventory Record Defect Rate (IRDR)
- Cycle Count Accuracy
- Inventory Adjustments (Net & Gross)
- Bin Accuracy
- Defect Attribution (Inbound vs Outbound vs ICQA)
- Productivity vs Accuracy balance
Qualifications
University degree in a related field (supply chain/logistics, business management)
3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or inventory control
2+ years of people management experience
Strong analytical skills (Excel required; SQL preferred)
Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
Good command of data management and analysis tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Expertise in workplace health and safety practices
