• Reconciliation of incoming payments with cash entries
• Clarification of differences on the payment clearing accounts and corresponding settlement
• Monitoring and posting of cost vouchers of branches, request for missing cost vouchers, clarification of differences
• Clarify relevant issues with the national and international responsible departments
• Support month-end closing activities according to month-end closing schedule from the general ledger

• Excellent Polish and English language skills in speaking and writing
• University degree in business administration or related studies
• Knowledge of accounting products as a service beneficial
• Familiarity with all major office applications, Experience in SAP FI is beneficial
• Analytical skills, high degree of personal responsibility and self-reliance, good communication skills and assertiveness
• High service orientation, customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Very good communication skills and team player with a good sense for different cultures
