We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead team, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Plan, monitor, and manage store performance, including sales, expenses, inventory, and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee performance, including coaching and development.
- Collaborate with regional management on promotional activities, events, and new store initiatives.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in retail management (fashion/jewellery/watches/beauty/sports)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
